This is version 10.0, updated Thursday, October 1, 2009. Because this document provides only basic answers to the frequently asked questions of the newsgroup alt.gothic.fashion, the faq is only guaranteed to be updated semi-annually. If you want the very latest information on gothic fashion, read the newsgroup. You can also search the Google Usenet archives for information on specific topics and up-to-date reviews.

The alt.gothic.fashion.faq is currently maintained and hosted by Orchidkiss, a.k.a. Elizabeth.

The faq was created by Trystan L. Bass and maintained by her from 1995 through 2001, and by Ice Princess (Elisabeth Van Every) from then until Feb 2005.
